The 2012 Gala: Are You Onboard?
 
Volunteers Needed
 
Friday Night: February 24
Saturday Night: February 25
 
HRC needs the help of volunteers for the following events:
 
VIP Pre-Gala Event:
Friday, Febraury 24: 5:30-7:30 pm
          Four volunteers are needed to check in RSVPed    
          guests and direct them to the event
 
THE GALA!!!!:
Saturday, February 25: 4:00 pm until ???
          Twenty volunteers needed in the following capacities:
          Registration, Ushering, Silent Auction, Ballroom   
          Duties, Set-Up for After Party, Silent Auction 
          Check-Out, Break-down.
 
(Volunteers will be provided a box dinner.)

You’re ready to get onboard, but you’re not sure where to start? Start off as a volunteer for HRC.

Each year, the Gala takes many volunteers to make the event a success. Between now and February 25, our planning committee will need a wide array of skill sets from our volunteers. As we move closer to the night of the Gala, and especially the weekend of, there will be more and more volunteers needed. With the exception of a few paid vendors, the Gala is a volunteer run event.

If you have an hour a month, an hour each day or anything in between, you can be an influential part of what makes the event a success. We are in need of volunteers to help with a wide range of jobs from introducing us to potential sponsors to running the silent auction table on the night of the event. How and how much you want to volunteer is completely up to you.
